Ruining a relationship is very easy. It takes after the well known pattern of the universe. How it takes a lot of time and effort to get it right then just a moment to destroy. Like reputations, years to build but seconds to destroy. Like Phd.’s, years are spent studying but a single plagiarized paper can send it down the drain. Like…well you get the point do you?

That’s just it. It’s the same for relationships. If one of you mess up, in activity or trait or personality, whatever, it could also send your relationship downhill. An example of this is cheating.

Cheating is bad. Cheating is wrong. But sometimes men make it too easy for their girlfriends to cheat on them. I’m not saying that it’s their fault, what I’m implying is that there may be something that you could do about it. Or maybe you can’t, whichever.

The first thing that you have to do is to make sure you find yourself a good woman. That’s it. The best way to do this is to never settle. If you find something in your current relationship that you just can’t live with, end it as soon as possible and move on. Because if cheating doesn’t end your relationship, then some other relationship strain will.

You must be mindful of things that you have control over to make sure that she doesn’t cheat on you though. There are several reasons that may make your girl cheat. One reason is of course, the sex. Or lack of it.

Women like sex just as you do. You may not hear her ask for it but trust me she’ll be expecting you to give her enough of it. So make sure that you satisfy each other sexually. It doesn’t hurt to talk about it with her. It’s actually quite healthy. Because if you do not satisfy her need of it, she may search for it with another man.

You may not be giving her enough of your emotional needs as well. Your girlfriend is a person, she craves for not only physical closeness but emotionally as well. Don’t be distant and cols, be someone who she can turn to when she’s down. Show some interest in what’s going on in her life. She’s not some body you could just bang whenever you need to get your rocks off. If you don’t, she may look for another man who is more willing to sit down with her, talk and listen.

Or you lack goals of any kind. Women hate it when their boyfriends take their relationships for granted. That for them, it’s all just temporary. That they see no future for the both of them. Have you seen Mr. Big and Carrie Bradshaw? Man that girl demonstrated how nagging a girl can get just to force a man to plan some future.

It may also be in reference to your own goals and dreams. Are you just someone who stands still and does not go after what he wants? Then she may do it with someone who is steadier and surer of himself behind your back.

Or if you want the obvious, here are more reasons for her to cheat on you. One she’s a slut. You won’t satiate her so don’t try. Move on to the next buddy.

Or she found you banging some other chick. I mean why would you do that? If you wanted to have sex with another woman, then you might as well break up with your girlfriend.
